Competent Person

For small and medium enterprises the use of an external health and safety advisor is often the most cost effective way of achieving compliance. Audits and Inspections

This will help to ensure they are not repeated by identifying any failings in the health and safety management system. A thorough well documented accident investigation will provide evidence in the event of civil or criminal litigation. We will provide a comprehensive report which includes all relevant information, witness statements, photographs, conclusions and recommendations. Follow up advice and support is available should the matter proceed to court.
